The UEFA Champions League final is set. Inter Milan overcame their derby rivals AC Milan 1-0 (3-0 in aggregate) at the San Siro to book a spot in the final on Tuesday. A day later, Manchester City scored four goals (which included a Bernardo Silva brace plus goals from Manuel Akanji and Julian Alvarez) against defending champions Real Madrid to make it to the final after winning the tie 5-1.

ESPN's By The Numbers has the best stats from the two matches:

Jack Grealish has created 35 chances in this season's Champions League campaign, the most by an English player in a single season (since 2003-04 season).

4-0

The four-goal defeat is tied with Real Madrid's second-heaviest margin of defeat in their European Cup history (4-0 vs Liverpool in 2008-09, 5-1 vs Hamburg in 1980, 5-1 vs Benfica in 1965).

Real Madrid suffered a larger defeat against Milan in the 1989 semifinals (5-0).
