Besiktas are in talks to sign coach José Mourinho and Argentina international Ángel Di María according to the Turkish club's vice-president Huseyin Yucel.
Mourinho, 61, has been without a job since being fired by Roma in January.

Besiktas parted company with former Portugal coach Fernando Santos in April following the team's poor run of form and named former youth coach Halim Okta as interim manager for the remainder of the season.
"About a month ago I met José Mourinho in Istanbul and he listened to our offer," Yucel told TGRT Haber TV
"He said he would think about it and give us an answer. He responded after a while and said he would like to meet again in Italy next week.
"We [have] met Mourinho's financial expectations. We are prepared to satisfy his salary demands. We will evaluate his hiring with the board of directors. If we reach an agreement with Mourinho, we will recommend that he includes [ex-Besiktas player] Ricardo Quaresma in the [coaching] team."
Besiktas, who are fifth in the Turkish Super Lig with one round remaining and take on Trabzonspor in Thursday's Turkish Cup final, also want to bring in Di María this summer.
