The Montverde Academy (Florida) boys' basketball team won the Geico Nationals championship in 2021. And the Eagles repeated in 2022.
Led by Dillon Mitchell and Dariq Whitehead, Montverde Academy beat Link Academy (Missouri) 60-49 in the championship game.
Meanwhile, Calvary Christian (Florida) won the first-ever State Champions Invitational, which featured four champions from the National Federation of State High School Associations, defeating Auburn High School (Washington) 71-44 in the finals.
