The Pittsburgh Pirates have placed right-hander Chris Stratton on the 10-day injured list with right side discomfort and have transferred outfielder Lonnie Chisenhall from the 10-day to the 60-day injured list.
Stratton exited Friday night's 10-2 loss to the Los Angeles Dodgers with the side injury. He has a 5.40 ERA in 8.1 innings pitched for Pittsburgh this year.
Chisenhall has yet to play for the Pirates this year because of a fractured hand he suffered in late March. He recently took a break from his rehab assignment due to a personal matter.
Chisenhall was injured most of last year but slashed .288/.360/.521 with 12 home runs and 53 RBIs with Cleveland in 2017.
In a series of other moves, the Pirates selected the contract of right-hander Rookie Davis from AAA Indy and recalled right-hander Dovydas Neverauskas. Michael Feliz was also optioned to AAA.
