Raptors' Marc Gasol makes early exit due to left hamstring tightness

Toronto Raptors center Marc Gasol exited Tuesday night's 130-114 win over the Atlanta Hawks in the third quarter because of left hamstring tightness.

The Raptors have already dealt with one lengthy absence from Gasol this season. An injury to the same hamstring forced him to miss 12 games from Dec. 20 to Jan. 12.

Gasol scored all of his 10 points in the opening quarter and also had one rebound and two blocks when he checked out early in the third and walked straight to the locker room. He was ruled out for the remainder of the contest.

Gasol, 34, entered Tuesday averaging 7.7 points and 6.6 rebounds in his first season with the Raptors.
