FLOWERY BRANCH, Ga. -- Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Mohamed Sanu said the family that wrote him a letter, praising his conduct on an airplane, has an open invitation from him to attend a Falcons game.
Sanu said Tuesday he still doesn't know the identity of the woman who handed him the letter last month. Her 10-year-old son sat behind Sanu and observed how the receiver studied his plays, ate healthy snacks and was polite to the people around him.
This definitely put a smile on my face. ☺️ the little things. pic.twitter.com/OFKpwcho5H

The family was on the way to Connecticut for the son's elite hockey training.
"Why not? They're awesome,'' Sanu said of inviting the family to a game. "They just handed me the letter and walked away. When I read it and turned around, she was gone. I didn't know who it was.''
Sanu said he wants his message to get out to the family so they can respond, possibly via social media.
The Falcons' first regular-season game at the new $1.53 billion Mercedes-Benz Stadium is Sept. 17 against the Green Bay Packers, a Sunday Night Football matchup on NBC.
