Christmas came early when Hallmark, the card company famous for its holiday films, and the Kansas City Chiefs announced their new seasonal movie "Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story" on Tuesday.

Hallmark said in a news release that filming will begin in July and will take place in Kansas City, Missouri, which is also the home of its corporate headquarters.

Artists like Michael Jackson and Taylor Swift have done shows at Arrowhead Stadium, but the film will become the first movie to be shot inside the stadium. The plot will see actress Hunter King play the role of a Chiefs superfan, and Tyler Hynes as the team's director of fan engagement, with the latter evaluating the former's family as they vie to win the team's "fan of the year" contest.

Arrowhead Stadium has plenty of recent experience with romance. The filming location is the same venue where Travis Kelce originally attempted to connect with Swift via friendship bracelet.
