Ryan Craig joins Columbus

COLUMBUS, Ohio -- The Columbus Blue Jackets have added left winger Ryan Craig on emergency recall from their American Hockey League affiliate in Springfield, Massachusetts.

The 33-year-old Craig has 12 goals and 16 assists in 57 games with the Falcons this season. He leads the club with six power-play goals and is tied for third in goals and points. The Falcons captain has 147 goals and 162 assists in 570 AHL games.

Craig was Tampa Bay's 10th pick and the 255th overall in the eighth round of the 2002 draft. He has 32 goals and 31 assists in 196 games with the Blue Jackets, Lightning and Pittsburgh Penguins. In 2005-06 with Tampa Bay, he had 15 goals and 13 assists in 48 games, and he had 14 goals and 13 assists the following season.
