The Anaheim Ducks acquired forward Ben Meyers from the Colorado Avalanche on Friday for a fifth-round pick in this year's draft.
Meyers, 25, has 53 games of NHL experience for the Avalanche over the past three seasons, including one goal in nine games this season. He has six career goals and appeared in six playoff games for the Avalanche.
A native of Delano, Minnesota, Meyers was also a member of Team USA at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, scoring two goals with two assists in four games.
