U.S. sprinters Christian Coleman and Noah Lyles are both in the running to win the Male Athlete of the Year award for 2018.
The duo have both been named on the IAAF's 10-man shortlist to win the coveted prize after starring on the global circuit over the past 12 months.
Coleman, 22, was Diamond League champion at 100 metres and also broke the world indoor record at 60m, while fellow American Lyles posted a world-leading time of 19.65 seconds in the 200m.
They are joined on the list of nominees by London Marathon winner Eliud Kipchoge and another Diamond League champion in 1500m runner Timothy Cheruiyot -- both of Kenya.

800m specialist Emmanuel Korir is the third Kenyan on the shortlist, with Luvo Manyonga (South Africa), Kevin Mayer (France), Abderrahman Samba (Qatar), Armand Duplantis (Sweden) and Tomas Walsh (New Zealand) completing the lineup.
Fans will be able to vote for their favourite athlete on the IAAF's social media channels, with their votes counting towards the eventual winner.
