Friday, August 6 promises to be another exciting day for the Indian contingent at the Tokyo Olympics. The Indian women's hockey team will battle for a maiden Olympic medal when they face Great Britain in the bronze match, while a little later, the poster boy of Indian wrestling, Bajrang Punia will begin his Olympic campaign.

7.00 AM - [Medal event] HOCKEY: Women's Bronze medal match -- India vs Great Britain
8.10 AM (approx.) - WRESTLING: Seema Bisla vs. Sara Hamdi (Tunisia), women's 50 kg
9.00 AM (approx.) -- WRESTLING: Men's freestyle 65kg round of 16 - Bajrang Punia vs Ernaaz Akmataliev (Kyrgyzstan). The quarters for the event will follow shortly followed by the semifinals in the afternoon session.
