Kiki Iriafen, who had a breakout junior season at Stanford, is transferring to join the USC women's basketball program, she told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski on Saturday.
Iriafen, a 6-foot-3 forward, will be returning to her hometown of Los Angeles after three seasons at Stanford. Last season she averaged 19.4 points, 11.0 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game for the Cardinal (30-6), who advanced to the Sweet 16. Iriafen was the Pac-12's most improved player and on the All-Pac-12 team.
She was No. 2 in ESPN's transfer rankings list.
At USC, Iriafen will be teammates with guard JuJu Watkins, who was the top freshman in Division I last season. Watkins averaged 27.1 points and 7.3 rebounds for the 29-6 Trojans, who advanced to the Elite Eight. USC is moving to the Big Ten this coming season.
Iriafen has one year of eligibility left and projects as a lottery pick in the 2025 WNBA draft.
