The Los Angeles Lakers' odds to win the next season's NBA title improved after trading for Russell Westbrook, but only slightly, and the Brooklyn Nets remain the consensus favorites.
At BetMGM sportsbooks, the Lakers went from 5-1 to 4-1 to win the title. Caesars Sportsbook by William Hill kept the Lakers at 4-1 after the trade.
