The London Spitfire's busy offseason continued with the team announcing that it has "mutually" parted ways with support players Song "Quatermain" Ji-hoon and Seungtae "Bdosin" Choi.
"Thank you to the duo who supported our team during the #OWL2019 Season - we can't wait to see what your future holds for you!" the Spitfire tweeted Tuesday.
The latest moves leave Yunghoon "Krillin" Jung the lone remaining player from the Spitfire's Season 2 roster. The team has only three players under contract, with Se-Won "BERNAR" Shun and Kim "Fuze" Tae-hoon acquired from the Philadelphia Fusion's Academy team last month in exchange for Junho "Fury" Kim.
Also gone from Season 2's roster are Jaehui "Gesture" Hong and Junyoung "Profit" Park, who are with the Seoul Dynasty, Jihyeok "birdring" Kim (Los Angeles Gladiators), Jongseok "NUS" Kim and Heedong "Guard" Lee.
The Spitfire finished 7-8th in the Season 2 playoffs after winning the inaugural Overwatch League title in 2018.
"Over the past two years, we've been through thick and thin on Spitfire," Bdosin tweeted Tuesday. "These will probably be the most valuable two years of my life."
