Get those lineups set early, fantasy managers!
Fantasy baseball's Week 9 has an earlier-than-usual start, with a pair of games on Monday afternoon. The first, San Diego Padres at Atlanta Braves, the finale of a four-game, weekend-wraparound series, has a 12:20 p.m. ET scheduled start time.
Then we have the opener of the Chicago White Sox at Toronto Blue Jays series (which will be on ESPN+) with the first pitch at 3:07 p.m. ET, the earlier start time due to it being Victoria Day in Canada.
All 30 teams are scheduled to play at least six games during Week 9. Eight teams are scheduled to play on all seven days, six of them from the American League.
Also of note, the New York Mets visit the Cleveland Guardians for three games to begin the week. It will be Francisco Lindor's first visit there since the Guardians traded him to the Mets following the 2020 season.
