Fantasy football: Predictions for this year's top rookie running backs

With pro-ready traits -- in an anticipated high-volume role -- Oakland Raiders rookie Josh Jacobs has the highest fantasy ceiling of the 2019 running back class. The touches will be there in Jon Gruden's offense, and the first-round pick also brings three-down ability to the Raiders. But what does the fantasy floor look like for Jacobs?
