Fantasy football flex and superflex rankings for Week 12

Welcome to Week 12 of the NFL season and our weekly PPR fantasy football superflex rankings for 2022. We know many of you now compete in superflex formats that invite/covet second quarterbacks in starting lineups, so these rankings account for that. It might look odd to see the lowest-ranked fantasy passers ranked ahead of typical RB2 and WR2 options, but the potential scoring impact demands it. If your league is of the standard flex variety, just ignore the presence of quarterbacks. Regardless, good luck in Week 12 and beyond!

These rankings have been updated for news and to remove players from the three Thanksgiving Day games.

1. Patrick Mahomes, Chiefs (QB1): Fantasy's top scorer this season has been even better lately, and the Rams look defeated.

2. Jalen Hurts, Eagles (QB2): Week 11 was a return to big rushing yards and a score. We like that.

3. Tyreek Hill, Dolphins (WR1)

4. Davante Adams, Raiders (WR2): Three monster games in a row propels him to the top of the rankings. Like old times.

5. Austin Ekeler, Chargers (RB1): Touchdown machine continues to rock regardless of matchup.

6. Tua Tagovailoa, Dolphins (QB3)

7. Geno Smith, Seahawks (QB4): Comes off the bye with two or more touchdown passes in all but two games. Rely on him.

8. Joe Burrow, Bengals (QB5)

9. Jonathan Taylor, Colts (RB2): Ran well on first drive vs. Eagles, and then he didn't after that. Still held back by moribund offense.

10. Josh Jacobs, Raiders (RB3)

11. Christian McCaffrey, 49ers (RB4): Still hasn't missed a game. Hey, give credit where due. Now keep on playing, please.

12. Justin Herbert, Chargers (QB6)
