Wolverhampton Wanderers have confirmed the permanent signing of Mexican striker Raul Jimenez on a four-year contract, in a deal believed to be worth a club-record £30 million.
Jimenez has scored 12 Premier League goals in 32 appearances for Wolves this season while on a one-year loan from Portuguese side Benfica.
His goals have helped fire Nuno Espirito Santo's side to seventh in the Premier League table in their first top-flight campaign since relegation in 2012.
"It's a great honour for me to now be a permanent member of the team," Jimenez told the club's website. "I'm very happy for this permanent deal as I feel that being at Wolves suits me.
"I want to make history here at the club. With my teammates, I want to put the club back into the top places in the Premier League, I think we all want that and have that ambition."

Wolves have also reached the semifinals of the FA Cup where they play Watford on Sunday (live on ESPN+ at 11 a.m. ET), with Jimenez scoring in their 2-1 quarterfinal win against Manchester United last week.
The 27-year-old has also scored in Wolves' Premier League victories over Chelsea and Tottenham and is their top scorer this season with 15 goals in all competitions.
Jimenez is also one goal away from equaling international teammate Javier Hernandez's record of most Premier League goals scored in a season by a Mexican.
Hernandez set the record when he scored 13 Premier League goals in his debut season for Manchester United in 2010-11, while Jimenez has six league games left this campaign to achieve the feat.
Jimenez started his career with Liga MX side Club America before he moved to Europe to sign with Atletico Madrid in 2014, where he stayed for a season before joining Benfica.
The striker struggled for minutes during his time in Lisbon and only started six league games in his final season at the club last year.
