Queens Park Rangers have confirmed that defender Steven Caulker has left the club by mutual consent.
On their official Twitter feed, Championship side Rangers said Caulker would depart "with immediate effect."
In June, Caulker gave an interview to The Guardian in which he disclosed his battles against mental illness and addiction, revealing that he had contemplated suicide.
The 25-year-old, who has one England cap, joined QPR in 2014 and has since spent loan spells at both Southampton and Liverpool.
