Liverpool vs Tottenham in Carabao Cup semifinal: How to watch, stats, lineups

Liverpool host Tottenham Hotspur in the second leg of the Carabao Cup semifinal at Anfield on Thursday night, with Arne Slot's team needing to overturn a one-goal deficit after their 1-0 loss in north London last month.

Lucas Bergvall's goal late in the first leg was gave Tottenham the advantage heading to Merseyside, but Liverpool have since regained their excellent form, with wins in tough away games against Brentford and Bournemouth sandwiched by a comfortable home dispatching of Ipswich Town in the Premier League.

Tottenham's league form hasn't been quite the same, losing to Arsenal, Leicester City and Everton since, but returned to a semblance of normalcy over the past weekend with a 2-0 win over Brentford, that at the very least would have brought some confidence back to Ange Postecoglou's squad.
