We can all agree that Game 7 of the World Series is a big deal to fans of both the Chicago Cubs and Cleveland Indians. The Cubs, though, are going out of their way to make sure their diehards can represent on Wednesday.
The team's Twitter account drafted a worldwide letter to excuse fans who happen to be absent from any prior obligation during Wednesday night's game.

The Cubs took things even further for one fan, Adam Jacobi, who was adamant about wanting to wear his Cubs hat while sitting at work on game day, so the team wrote a friendly note for him to provide to his boss.

The Cubs and Indians have gone a combined 176 years since one of the teams last captured a World Series title. Something has to give Wednesday night at Progressive Field.
