Patricky Freire has a new opponent for next month's Bellator 205 event.
Freire will meet veteran Roger Huerta on the Sept. 21 card in Boise, Idaho, after his original opponent, Goiti Yamauchi, recently withdrew from the event because of an injury, Bellator sources told ESPN.
Huerta (24-10-1, 1 NC) lost to Benson Henderson via second-round submission in April. The fight marked his first for the promotion in six years. Despite the loss, "El Matador" signed a new six-fight contract with Bellator afterward.
Freire (19-8) has won his past three fights, most recently defeating Derek Campos via first-round TKO in February.
The card will take place at CenturyLink Arena in Boise.
Sources told ESPN that Bellator also is finalizing a replacement opponent for A.J. McKee, who was originally scheduled to face Pat Curran in the main event. Curran recently pulled out with an injury.
