Phoenix Suns star guard Devin Booker missed Sunday's 118-110 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder with a right ankle sprain.
Booker sprained the ankle late in the Suns' loss to the Houston Rockets on Saturday night after his feet got tangled with teammate Royce O'Neale. He limped off the court and did not return.
Suns coach Frank Vogel said X-rays were negative.
O'Neale also suffered a right ankle sprain in the game but started for Booker in Sunday's game. Jusuf Nurkic, who exited vs. Houston with a sprained neck in the second quarter, and Bradley Beal, who returned from a five-game absence due to a hamstring injury but only played 20 minutes in Saturday's loss because of an ejection, both also started.
The loss dropped the Suns behind the Sacramento Kings for the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference.
