              Mel Kiper has served as an NFL draft analyst for ESPN since 1984. He is a regular contributor on "SportsCenter," ESPN studio shows and ESPN Radio. He is the co-host of the First Draft podcast, and he writes regularly for ESPN+.

          I have a new mock draft out today, but there's been a few major changes on the Big Board as well. Remember, while the mock draft is where need meets talent assessment, the Big Board is all about overall value. Three names that hadn't yet landed on this year's Big Board -- which dates all the way to August -- have entered the fray.

          So use this as a primer to see what kind of player your team is getting as you sift through the various mock drafts out there.
