Insider's NFL and draft experts -- Todd McShay, Mel Kiper, Chris Sprow and Matt Williamson -- have teamed up to give a full breakdown of all that should be considered for each team as it enters the 2013 NFL draft. Here we look at the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Personnel needs
CB, DT, DE, TE, WR
Major need: The Buccaneers very well could dramatically improve their worst position (cornerback) by trading for Darrelle Revis. As of today, their corners are among the worst in the NFL. Even if Revis is added, another cornerback might be required. Eric Wright should be released.
Quiet need: This is a make-or-break season for Josh Freeman, who remains awfully inconsistent. Drafting a quarterback with good tools in the second or third round might be a very smart move.
