The Miami Dolphins added depth at linebacker on Wednesday by signing veteran Terence Garvin.
Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Garvin, 28, played in 15 games (three starts) last season for the Seattle Seahawks, finishing with 17 tackles, a sack and a pass defensed.
He has appeared in 74 games over five NFL seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers, Washington Redskins and Seahawks.
