ST. LOUIS -- Blues center Jori Lehtera missed Friday's 4-1 Game 5 loss to the Minnesota Wild due to a lower-body injury.
He did not participate in the team's morning skate but was deemed "50-50" by Blues coach Ken Hitchcock before the game.
Lehtera was hit by a shot from teammate Jay Bouwmeester in the third period of Game 4 and was clearly shaken up on the play.
"We felt it was best to have him stay off the ice. We're thinking he's 50-50 to play, but leaning more towards playing, so we'll see how it goes," Hitchcock said after Friday's morning skate.
Lehtera has two assists in the series.
With the win, the Wild took a 3-2 lead in the Western Conference first-round series.
