Olympics 2024: Team GB win bronze, silver team pursuit double

Day 12 of the Paris Olympics has come to an end and three medals, including the 1,000th in British Olympic history, have been added to Team GB's total. At the velodrome, a silver and a bronze medal were earned in the men's and women's team pursuits, respectively, while Matthew Hudson-Smith came agonisingly close to emulating Eric Liddell by winning 400-metre gold.
