The Dallas Wings have lost guard Moriah Jefferson and forward Isabelle Harrison for the season due to injuries, the team announced Monday.
Jefferson, the No. 2 pick in the 2016 draft out of UConn, is dealing with a left knee injury that will require surgery. She missed last season because of an injury to her right knee.
Harrison, the No. 12 pick in the 2015 draft out of Tennessee, has a left ankle injury that is still being evaluated but won't allow her to return this season.
Jefferson, 26, played every game of her rookie year in 2016, but has been bothered by injuries since then. This season, she averaged 5.0 points and 2.1 assists.
Harrison, also 26, was a starter for most of last season and this one, in which she was averaging 6.4 points and 4.6 rebounds.
