Prospects Lauren Betts, Kiki Rice, Janiah Barker headline 2022 girls' McDonald's All-American Class

Top prospects Lauren Betts, Kiki Rice, Janiah Barker, Ayanna Patterson and Isuneh Brady headline the 2022 girls' McDonald's All-American Class that was announced on ESPN's NBA Today on Tuesday.

Betts is headed to 2021 national champion Stanford. Kiki Rice's signing gave UCLA the top-ranked recruiting class this cycle. Barker will be joining Joni Taylor's squad at Georgia. Patterson and Brady are a forward duo that is headed to 11-time champion UConn.

Both of the 2020 and 2021 games were canceled due to COVID-19. This year, the game returns to Chicago for its 45th anniversary. Wintrust Arena, home of the DePaul University basketball programs and the WNBA's Chicago Sky, will host the games.
