The 2024 women's NCAA tournament gets underway on Wednesday. All eyes will be on Caitlin Clark's Iowa Hawkeyes, who were surprisingly put in the same region as the defending national champion LSU Tigers. Meanwhile, undefeated South Carolina is hoping to complete its perfect season and avenge last year's Final Four loss to Iowa.

The 32-0 Gamecocks are the No. 1 overall seed and they have a chance to become the 10th women's team to go unbeaten for an entire season.

Iowa (+475) has the second-best odds on ESPN BET, followed by LSU (+750), Stanford (+1500), Texas (+1800), Ohio State (+2000) and Connecticut (+2200).
