STILLWATER, Okla. -- It's a chilly, blustery day in Stillwater today, but that means the flags outside the stadium are flying high.
Last week, controversy bubbled up when one of Missouri's flags outside the stadium was flown upside down. Oklahoma State officials called it an accident, and I also got a few e-mails from K-Staters who said the same thing happened to their flag a few years back.
I just arrived in the press box at Boone Pickens Stadium, and I can confirm the flag outside the stadium's west side is flying high with the logo restored to its rightful order.
However, Nebraska and Colorado's flags are once again mysteriously missing entirely from the Big 12 flag lineup.
What does it all mean?
Perhaps a more very deep, meaningful scandal is afoot.
