Georgia offensive lineman Andrew Thomas will skip his team's bowl game and his senior season as he begins to prepare for the 2020 NFL draft.
Thomas, an All-SEC first-team selection who won the SEC's Jacobs Blocking Trophy this season, made the announcement on his Twitter account Tuesday afternoon.

ESPN's Todd McShay has Thomas being taken with the No. 7 overall pick in his latest mock draft, which was released Tuesday.
Thomas, who started all 13 games at left tackle, anchored a Georgia line that allowed 0.92 sacks per game and helped the Bulldogs rush for 189.5 yards per game this season.
Fellow offensive tackle Isaiah Wilson also declared for the draft on Tuesday. The 6-foot-7, 340-pound redshirt sophomore from Brooklyn, New York, started 24 games at tackle over the past two seasons at Georgia. He didn't indicate in his statement on social media whether he intends to play in Georgia's bowl game.
Junior tailback D'Andre Swift, the highest-ranked running back in McShay's latest mock draft, is also expected to declare. He said on social media Tuesday that he will officially make his decision after the bowl game.
Georgia plays Baylor in the Allstate Sugar Bowl on Jan. 1 in New Orleans.
