ATHENS, Ga. -- When ESPN 150 running back Alvin Kamara picked Alabama over Georgia on signing day, that decision ended the Bulldogs' six-year streak of signing a top-10 ranked tailback. Georgia had already lost two other top-10 running backs to the Crimson Tide, so Kamara's choice was particularly painful. But the Bulldogs look to be back on track with the Class of 2014. In fact, they might have to turn some top backs away.
Here are the seven tailbacks Georgia has offered and where the Bulldogs stand with each:
Sony Michel

Considering: He has a top five of Georgia, Miami (Fla), Florida State, Florida and Notre Dame.
Georgia's chances: Michel is arguably the Bulldogs' top priority on offense for the Class of 2014 and he knows it. He originally planned to stay in the Sunshine State for college, but a trip to Athens put Georgia high on his list. The three Florida schools will not let him leave without a fight, but Miami just picked up a commitment from former FSU pledge Joseph Yearby. The Hurricanes are thought to be the Bulldogs' stiffest competition for Michel's signature.
