Colton Sceviour gets 2-year deal

DALLAS -- The Dallas Stars signed forward Colton Sceviour to a two-year contract Friday through the 2015-16 season.

Sceviour has spent most of his five years in the Stars' organization with their affiliate in the American Hockey League. He leads the AHL with 31 goals this season for the Texas Stars.

A fourth-round pick in 2007, Sceviour made his debut with the Stars in 2011. He has five points (three goals, two assists) in 10 career NHL games.

Sceviour has 98 goals and 140 assists in 344 AHL games.
