India at CWG 2022 at it happened: Indian athletes win gold medals in boxing, table tennis and athletics

The penultimate day of CWG 2022 was success for India with gold medals in boxing, table tennis and athletics.

Eldhose Paul and Abdulla Aboobacker made history as they won the gold and silver respectively in the men's triple jump final.

Indian table tennis legend Achanta Sharath Kamal teamed up with Sreeja Akula to win the mixed doubles gold medal.

Boxers Nikhat Zareen, Amit Panghal and Nitu won gold medals in their respective categories while Sagar claimed the silver medal.

Skipper Savita Punia led from the front with a spectacular display as the Indian women's hockey team overcame the stopwatch controversy to beat New Zealand 2-1 in shootout and win the bronze medal.

Athletics: Eldhose Paul and Abdulla Aboobacker won gold and silver respectively in the men's triple jump.

Athletics: Sandeep Kumar won bronze in the men's 10,000m race walk.

Athletics: Annu Rani won bronze in the women's javelin.

Badminton: Lakshya Sen beat Jia Heng Teh in the men's singles semifinal.

Athletics: India finished fifth in the women's 4x100m relay final.

Table tennis: Sharath Kamal and G Sathiyan won the silver medal after losing the men's doubles final.

Boxing: Nikhat Zareen beat Carly McNaul to win gold in the women's 50 kg final.

Squash: Dipika Pallikal Karthil and Saurav Ghosal beat Donna and Cameron in mixed doubles to win the bronze medal.

Badminton: Kidambi Srikanth beat Jia Heng Teh to win the bronze in men's singles.

Athletics: DP Manu and Rohit Yadav finished fifth and sixth respectively in the men's javelin throw final.

Table tennis: Sharath Kamal and Sreeja Akula beat Javen Choong and Karen Lyne to win gold in the mixed doubles final.

Boxing: Sagar Ahalwat won silver after losing to Delicious Orie in men's 92kg final.

Cricket: India claim silver after losing the final against Australia.
