While we were conducting our third fantasy basketball mock draft Thursday, fellow ESPN Fantasy analyst Jim McCormick pointed out that, "This Thursday Night Football game is even more Thursday Night Footballish than usual." That summed it up pretty well. The Seattle Seahawks beat the San Francisco 49ers 20-3, while quarterbacks Russell Wilson and Colin Kaepernick were sacked a combined 11 times. The entire Niners offense was abysmal and not worth rehashing. The Seahawks at least got Marshawn Lynch back to form with 122 yards and 1 TD, and rookie Tyler Lockett had his best game as a pro, catching all five of his targets for 79 yards and his first offensive score.
Surely, there will be better gridiron action this weekend. ...
