Toronto FC 4-0 San Jose: Altidore dominates - Via MLS (1:54)

Jozy Altidore bagged a brace as Toronto FC hit visiting San Jose for four goals in another dominant performance. (1:54)

Toronto FC midfielder Victor Vazquez delivered a goal and an assist in the Reds' convincing 4-0 win over San Jose.

Vazquez, who arrived in MLS in February from Cruz Azul of Liga MX, had the highest score of the weekend and now ranks 12th in this season's Audi Player index.

Despite Sebastian Giovinco and Jozy Altidore getting most of the attention, the Spaniard quietly has an MLS-best 15 assists, six of which have come on game-winning goals. On Saturday, Vazquez scored Toronto's first, setup Altidore for their fourth and recorded season highs in both touches (127) and passes completed (99).

Toronto continues to push for an MLS all-time best point total with Vazquez the key playmaker for Greg Vanney's side. The former Barcelona youth product now has six goals and 15 assists on the season and ranks seventh in MLS with 67 chances created.
