The transfer window might be shut, but don't think the wheeling and dealing won't continue! Check out all the latest deals here.

Chelsea line up monster Romagnoli bid

Antonio Conte's move to the 3-4-3 system means he will be placing a priority on defensive recruits in the next few transfer windows. It should come as no surprise, then, that, Chelsea have been linked with another mega £49 million offer for AC Milan's star Alessio Romagnoli, according to The Sun.

The Azzurri centre-back is seen as the answer to the Blues' blues with a January attempt probable after failing with a £30 million bid in the summer.

Romagnoli's arrival could be followed by a more experienced signing next summer, as the Blues are monitoring Real Madrid's Pepe, report the Mirror, as the Portuguese is set to be available on a free transfer.

After Luka Modric and Toni Kroos' new deals, the 33-year-old is keen to pen a new deal too, but the European champions are only prepared to offer a one-year extension, with the player keen for two.

Pepe's experience could prove invaluable to Conte, particularly if he is able to take the Blues back to the Champions League next season.

Mourinho to rival Barca for Cancelo

Valencia's star right-back Joao Cancelo is now being monitored by Manchester United, reported Mundo Deportivo, after talks between Los Che and Barcelona and Atletico Madrid last summer.

The Spanish publication say that Mourinho was interested in Seamus Coleman, but Ronald Koeman has reportedly given an emphatic "no" in response to United's enquiry.

The Portuguese international could offer the impetus from right-back with better defensive nous than Ecuadorian Antonio Valencia.

English giants circle for PSG starlet Kimpembe

Presnel Kimpembe has made an impressive impact with Paris Saint-Germain this term, so much so that The Sun say Chelsea, Manchester United and Liverpool are ready to swoop.

The 21-year-old centre-back has been heavily used by new manager Unai Emery and has been fast-tracked into Didier Deschamps' French squad.

With Marquinhos and Thiago Silva first choice at the club, PSG may have an issue on their hands should Kimpembe demand he continues to feature prominently for Les Parisiens.

Everton battle Liverpool for 'Danish Inzaghi'

Marcus Ingvartsen is generating huge interest from some of Europe's biggest clubs with Gazzetta dello Sport naming Everton, Liverpool, Milan and Juventus as potential suitors.

The Nordsjaelland striking starlet is making a huge impact in the Alka Superligaen with seven goals in just 13 games.

The 20-year-old also has two assists and will be the tracked by a string of clubs moving forward ahead of a big move.

Tap-ins

- Premier League clubs are on high-alert after Thiago Silva's agent told Le Parisien that the Brazilian centre-back could be on the move next summer with a potential free transfer in the works due to his contract winding down.

"We can imagine leaving PSG if the club have not made us an offer by then," admitted Paulo Tonietto. "We already have offers from three or four big teams.

- Juventus are lining up a shock deal for Aston Villa goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini, with the Star claiming the Bianconeri could make a move for the Italian.

The Old Lady are ready to find a successor to Gianluigi Buffon with Udinese's Alex Meret and AC Milan's Gianluigi Donnarumma also thought to be under consideration.
