Bayern Munich squandered a two-goal lead as Italian champions Juventus bravely fought back to force a 2-2 draw in their Champions League last 16 first leg.
Thomas Muller broke the deadlock on the stroke of half-time and the German champions looked to be cruising when Arjen Robben nonchalantly doubled the lead in trademark fashion after 55 minutes.
However, goals from Paolo Dybala and Stefano Sturaro brought the "Old Lady" back from the brink and leaves the tie tantalisingly poised ahead of the second leg next month in Munich.

GK Manuel Neuer, 7 -- Powerless to prevent both goals and had to wait almost 70 minutes for his first save of the match when he brilliantly stood tall to deny Juan Cuadrado.
DF Juan Bernat, 7 -- The Spaniard put in an excellent shift until he was substituted after 73 minutes. He tested Juventus goalkeeper Gigi Buffon with his weaker right foot on the half hour mark and went off with his side leading 2-1. Bayern conceded a minute later.
DF David Alaba, 8 -- The versatile Austrian can play virtually anywhere, and slotted capably into central defence alongside the inexperienced Joshua Kimmich. While it's a waste of his undeniable attacking talents, Alaba didn't put a foot wrong on Tuesday night.
DF Joshua Kimmich, 6 -- Stepped up to the plate once again as an emergency centre-half. Like the rest of his colleagues, the 21-year-old was exceptional for over an hour before the Old Lady finally got into the groove. Definitely at fault for Juve's first goal after a clumsy touch and he couldn't do anything about the equaliser either. It would be unwise to be overly-critical for someone so inexperienced who is also playing out of position.
DF Philipp Lahm, 8 -- Faultless on his 100th Champions League appearance. All that was needed to crown his century was a goal, but Bayern's skipper has never scored in the competition and the wait goes on.
MF Arturo Vidal, 7 -- Vidal predictably reserved his best performance of the season for his old employer. He excelled with a combative display right from the whistle. This was exactly what Bayern expect from the "Warrior". He did survive (soft) penalty claims against him after 20 minutes and let Mario Mandzukic bulldoze through too easily late on. He also picked up an unsurprising yellow card in the final minute for pulling down Alvaro Morata.
MF Thiago, 7 -- His set piece delivery was always a threat and the technically-gifted Spaniard thrived on the tricky battle with Paul Pogba and co. in midfield.
MF Arjen Robben, 9 -- There's three things certain in life: Death, taxes and Robben cutting inside from the right, onto his stronger left-foot and firing an unstoppable pearler past a helpless goalkeeper. This time in Turin, the legendary Buffon was the victim. You've probably seen the proverbial trademark Robben goal at least 100 times before. It all looked so rosy for Bayern at 2-0 before Juve turned the tide.
MF Douglas Costa, 6 -- Not at his best since winter hibernation, despite setting up Bayern's opener. The Brazilian was the first Bayern player booked after only 20 minutes and had to watch his step for the remainder.
FW Thomas Muller, 6 -- There were some doubting Muller when he appeared to miss a real sitter after 13 minutes. In reality, Robert Lewandowski should have made it easier for Muller, who lost his footing at a crucial moment. On the whole, he enjoyed a patchy first half, with his control and touch letting him down on a number of occasions. Out of the blue though, late on in the opening period, Muller put Bayern ahead stabbing home from close range to bolster his club record tally of 34 Champions League goals.
FW Robert Lewandowski, 6 -- Not one of his better evenings as he failed to add to his seven goals in the competition, one more than Juventus managed in the entire group stage. A header straight at Buffon on the half hour mark was as good as it got for the Polish striker. Lewandowski should really have provided Muller with a better ball to put Bayern into the lead earlier, but it was a poor ball, slightly behind him with the goal at his mercy. His frustrating evening was crowned by a yellow card for a foul on Cuadrado and he clashed too with Bayern old boy Mandzukic as tempers frayed late on.

DF Medhi Benatia, NR -- First appearance of 2016. Bayern let in the equaliser just a minute after the Moroccan's introduction as a substitute for Bernat in the 74th minute. Coincidence?
MF Franck Ribery, NR -- The Frenchman enjoyed a late cameo, replacing Douglas Costa for a frantic last six minutes.
