Arsenal midfielder Jeff Reine-Adelaide has joined French club Angers in a permanent move, the Gunners announced on Thursday.
The 20-year-old Frenchman spent part of last season on loan at Angers after recovering from a long-term injury and has returned to the club for an undisclosed fee.
Reine-Adelaide was hailed as a star of the future when he joined Arsenal in 2015, with Arsene Wenger describing him as "something special."

But he leaves the club with that promise largely unfulfilled, having made just eight appearances for the Gunners -- all in cup competitions.
The attacking midfielder played in Arsenal's 8-0 win over Boreham Wood in their first preseason game under Unai Emery this month, but he was left at home for the team's Singapore tour.
