            Ariel Helwani's MMA Show returns on Monday with another big lineup.

            The show, aired live on Twitter and on ESPN MMA's YouTube page, will feature a former UFC champion as well as multiple rising stars. Following the show, the entirety can be viewed on ESPN's YouTube page and listened to via the ESPN podcast center.
