PV Sindhu, Pooja Rani, Amit Panghal and Atanu Das headline a blockbuster Saturday, July 31. 08.35 AM -- SAILING: Men's skiff 49er race 10 - KC Ganapathy and Varun Thakkar

08.45 AM -- HOCKEY: Women's pool -- India vs. South Africa. India will go through if they beat South Africa and Ireland lose to Great Britain. If both India and Ireland win, the team with the better goal difference goes through. Ireland are currently ahead of India on that count by three goals.

03.20 PM -- BADMINTON: Women's Singles semifinals - PV Sindhu vs. Tai Tzu Ying

03.36 PM -- BOXING: Women's middleweight quarterfinal - Pooja Rani vs. Li Qian (China) [winner is assured a medal]

03.40 PM -- ATHLETICS: Men's long jump qualification - M Sreeshankar
