Ski season is just around the corner. And the 2014 Winter Olympics aren't too far off either. Which means ski slopestyle and halfpipe athletes are hitting the gym more seriously than ever before. For the American athletes, that gym is the U.S. Ski and Snowboard Association's Center of Excellence, an 85,000-square-foot facility that opened in Park City, Utah, in 2009. Photographer Erik Seo recently shot freeskiers Tanner Hall and Alex Schlopy training at the Center. "It's been fun shooting this," Seo says. "There is the serious training like I shot Tanner Hall doing, and there's the more fun stuff that Alex Schlopy is depicted doing, including the dunk session." Launch Gallery »
