No. 13. Brandon Washington, OL, Miami
2010 stats: He was one of three offensive linemen to start all 13 games last season and finished second on the team with 56 pancake blocks and 11 lumberjack blocks. He graded out at 99 percent against Pittsburgh, the highest grade of any starter all season. He graded out at 95 percent against Virginia Tech.
Previously ranked: No. 23
Making the case for Washington: Despite a reported position change to tackle to replace the injured Seantrel Henderson (possibly a temporary move), this could be the season Washington states his case as one of the best linemen in the country. He had a breakout season a year ago, and will be a leader on what could be one of Miami’s best offensive lines in recent years.
