Fresh off winning their first World Series championship in 108 years, the Chicago Cubs are the favorites to win another title in 2017.

The Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook has the Cubs listed as clear-cut favorites, at 3-1, to win next year's World Series. They are the only team with odds in the single digits.

The Los Angeles Dodgers, Washington Nationals and Boston Red Sox each opened at 10-1 to win next year's World Series. The Cleveland Indians are among three teams at 12-1.

The Cubs overcame a 3-1 series deficit and beat the Indians in Game 7 early Thursday in Cleveland, clinching their first World Series title since 1908.

Chicago opened at 10-1 in October to win the 2016 World Series and were bet down to the 4-1 favorite before the season began in April. The Cubs opened at Westgate with a projected season win total of 93.5; no other team had a projected season win total in the 90s.
