The 2013 recruiting cycle is now in full swing, with offers flying out and college coaches competing to get prospects on campus with the hope of gaining early commitments from their top targets. Given that the Peach State is perennially a top-five producer of BCS-caliber recruits, the Bulldogs should not have to go out of state, other than to supplement what looks like a deep group of talent within state lines.
