Coaches size up remaining needs

ANN ARBOR, Mich. -- After last weekend Michigan recruiting fans have to splash some cold water on their faces and ask, "Did that really just happen?"

And the answer, quite simply, is yes.

The Wolverines pulled in eight recruits in a 48-hour period. With the addition of wide receiver Jaron Dukes on Wednesday that brings the number of commits to 12, which probably is more than halfway home for 2013. Now, the coaching staff has plenty of time to focus, to pick and choose among its top remaining targets.
