During the course of some NFL games we learn things about the fantasy value of players, but the Thursday night tilt between the Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals wasn't one of them. The game simply confirmed the obvious: Andy Dalton is a quality fantasy quarterback, the Bengals' backfield is a full-blown RBBC, Tyler Eifert can be a beast, the Browns' running backs aren't very good at running, and Johnny Manziel is good at running but isn't very good at playing quarterback in the NFL.
