Florent Ibenge has revealed his 26-man squad for the Democratic Republic of Congo's Africa Cup of Nations qualifier next month, and there's no place for in-form Cedric Bakambu.
The Leopards face Liberia away on September 9 as they look to keep the pressure on Group G leaders Zimbabwe.
Both sides are on three points after their opening clash, with the Warriors downing the Lone Stars 3-0 and the DRC dispatching rivals Congo-Brazzaville 3-1 in Kinshasa.
Ibenge has not included Bakambu in his travelling party, despite the forward's excellent form in the Chinese Super League this season. The 27-year-old, who netted twice as Congo were dispatched in June 2017, has scored 13 goals in 15 appearances for Beijing Guoan this season.
Chancel Mbemba and Marcel Tisserand are both absent due to injury, while Gael Kakuta has also been overlooked.
